The fellowship was enabled by the Arbitrum DAO onboarding group and all members of the group were matched to this group based on the interests and skills they have presented in the ArbitrumDAO onboarding calls.
1️⃣ Competitor Analysis: Our group started with a competitor analysis to benchmark our social media strategies against other DAOs.

2️⃣ Stakeholder Engagement:
We designed and distributed a survey to gather insights directly from main delegates and key Arbitrum stakeholders.
The objective was to capture their perceptions and expectations of our social media initiatives.

3️⃣ Response Analysis and Prioritization:
Following the survey, we analyzed the responses to identify and prioritize the top requirements and suggestions.

4️⃣ Content Strategy Development:
In response to feedback indicating a pressing need for immediate support within the Arbitrum DAO community, our group has begun contributing to an active content plan. This initiative prioritizes addressing short-term needs to enhance visibility and engagement for ongoing DAO activities.
